Are the Swiss Ski Tunes® waterproof ?
It is not designed to be completely submerged under water for a long period of time, neither it is recommended to swim with them.
BUT it's is perfect to resist to snowy and windy conditions.

How long does the battery of the Swiss Ski Tunes® last ?
The battery is made to last up to 10 hours with a full charge. It allows you a full day on the slopes.
A full recharge takes about 1 to 2 hours.
Are the Arctic Velvet Balaclava confortable ?
Yes ! Our balaclava are made with a very soft velvet which will keep you confortable and warm all day long.
Can I wash the headband of the Ski Tunes ?
Yes you can ! The speakers are easily removable which allows you to safely wash the headband.
Will the Swiss Ski Tunes® be comfortable under my helmet ?
Not at all ! The control buttons are placed at the back of the headband so they don't press against your head or against the helmet. you won't even notice them.
When will I receive my order ?
We process the orders within 1 to 2 business days. Then, the estimated delivery time is estimated to take between 5 to 10 business days - depending on your location, as we are expediting them from Switzerland.
